Free four-week lunchtime course for beginner adult learners (online/in-person) starts this September

Are you new to Manx and interested in finding out more about the language, as well as learning some basic phrases? Why not join our FREE four week taster course for adult learners: 'Blass: A Taste of Manx'! You can sign up here

  • Find out about some Manx place names
  • Discover the origins of the Manx language

There are three time options, designed to fit into a lunch-break (see below for how to sign-up, choosing one of these options): 

  • Wednesday 1.20pm - 1.50pm on ZOOM 
  • Thursday 12.20pm - 12.50pm at Henry Bloom Noble Library, Douglas (IMPORTANT: sign-ups now closed for this class)
  • Thursday 1.20pm - 1.50pm at Henry Bloom Noble Library, Douglas

The dates are:

  • Session 1: Weds 14th or Thurs 15th Sept 
  • Session 2: Weds 21st or Thurs 22nd Sept
  • Session 3: Weds 5th or Thurs 6th Oct
  • Session 4: Weds 12th or Thurs 13th Oct
