Games are a fun and enticing way to practise your Manx! We have created a large number of games, which you can find below, and also gathered a number of other games created by other Manx language practictioners.
Shoh paart dy ghammanyn dy chooney lhiat lesh nyn goorse "Loayr Gaelg" cour sleih aasit - here are some games to help you with Culture Vannin's four-part Manx course, "Speak Manx", designed for adult learners.
Below, you'll find games for Keim Nane (Level One), Keim Jees (Level Two), Keim Three (Level Three) and Keim Kiare (Level Four). These games will help you to practise different vocabulary and structures introduced in your lessons, and are a nice way of practising in between classes.
Each level has quite a few games, but only a handful are shown; to expand the list of games simply click on "Show More".
You can access the PDFs and sound recordings for all levels of the Loayr Gaelg course here. Don't forget that each lesson in the Loayr Gaelg course has a half-hour revision soundfile accompanying it, meaning that you have 40 hours of supporting audio material, in addition to soundfiles for the conversations and reading pieces found throughout the books.
